Salary is converted to an hourly rate over 2,080 working hours a year (40 hours × 52 weeks). Every working day means 260 meetings a year. Paid time only; overheads and lost focus time are not included.

Cheaper than another meeting

  • Send a short written update or recording for status meetings.
  • Cut the invite list to the people who make or need the decision.
  • Try 25 or 50 minutes instead of 30 or 60.
  • For meetings you do need, share a booking link so nobody spends ten emails finding a time.
