You get a personal link like cals.to/?ref=partner-yourname. Use it in videos, posts, newsletters and client docs.
3. Get paid monthly
Earn 30% of each payment for 12 months. Payouts go out every month by PayPal, Wise or bank transfer.
What it adds up to
Refer 10 teams on the Teams plan ($49 a month) and you earn $147 every month, or $1,764 over their first year.

- You earn 30% of each payment (excluding taxes and refunds) from customers you refer, for 12 months from the day they sign up.
- A referral is credited to the first partner link the visitor used within the 60 days before signing up. Later links don’t replace it.
- Commissions start as pending and are approved once the 30-day refund window has passed.
- Payouts are sent monthly by PayPal, Wise or bank transfer once your approved balance reaches $50. Smaller balances roll over.
- No self-referrals, no bidding on “Cals” brand keywords, no coupon sites and no spam. Commissions that break these rules are voided.
- Either side can end the partnership at any time. Commissions already approved are still paid.
Questions partners ask
Do I need to be a Cals customer?
No, though it helps to have used it. A free account is enough to try every part of the booking flow.
Which plans earn commission?
Every paid plan: Pro, Teams and Agency, billed monthly or yearly. Yearly plans earn 30% of the yearly payment.
How do you track referrals?
Your link sets a first-party cookie for 60 days. When that visitor creates a workspace, it is credited to you. We don’t track clicks, only sign-ups and payments.
What if a customer refunds or cancels?
Refunded payments don’t earn commission. If a customer cancels, you keep what was already earned; nothing new accrues.
When and how do I get paid?
Monthly, once your approved balance is at least $50, by PayPal, Wise or bank transfer. Add your payout details in the partner dashboard.
Can I use my own link to sign up?
No. Self-referrals aren’t credited, but we’re happy to talk about a discount for your own team.
