  2. Does the page title say who the meeting is with and what it is for?
  3. Are times shown in the guest's own time zone automatically?
  4. Does every booking send a confirmation email with a calendar invite?
  5. Does the description say what will happen in the meeting and what the guest gets out of it?
  6. Have you set minimum notice and buffer time between meetings?
  7. Do you ask three or fewer questions, and only ones you will use?
  8. Does the guest get a reminder before the meeting?
  9. Is the video link or meeting location included automatically?
  10. Does the meeting length match what it is for, with no more than two or three length options?
  11. Can a guest book comfortably on a phone?
  12. Does your name, photo or logo appear so guests know they are in the right place?
