What happens next

Three steps. You stay in control.

  1. 1

    Connect

Create your account and connect the calendar that holds your busy times.

  2. 2

    Review

Review your imported drafts, working hours and booking rules. Fix anything flagged for setup.

  3. 3

    Go live

Test a booking, activate your meetings, then update your public links when you’re ready.

What transfers

Know exactly what comes with you.

A public link is the starting point. The migration review makes the remaining work visible.

Public meeting types

Ready for review

Readable names, descriptions and supported durations carry into draft meetings. Missing or unsupported details are flagged.

Availability and calendar

Needs setup

Connect your calendar and review working hours. A public URL cannot transfer private availability rules.

Questions and team members

Needs review

Review intake questions and invite your team. Do not assume private forms or members came across with the link.

Upcoming bookings

Stay with your provider

Original appointments are not recreated or changed. Account or CSV imports can retain reference history, not live bookings.

Your existing links

Keep during transition

Keep the old service active for existing bookings. Replace website links and embeds when ready; Cals cannot redirect a competitor’s URLs.

What you gain with Cals

What you gain with Cals

Private client hubs

Give clients a private page for the meetings you choose. Available on Pro and above.

Team scheduling, one price

Round-robin and collective meetings on Teams and Agency. Teams includes up to 20 members; Agency supports unlimited members.

AI-assistant booking

A calendar.md page and verified agent-booking flow. Calendar connection, permissions and booking verification still apply.

Switch without disrupting appointments

Your existing appointments stay put.

Imports create drafts, not new invitations. Keep your original service and booking-management links active while you test Cals. Reconnect the calendar containing your appointments and verify busy times before publishing.

A few things to know before you switch.

Will this change my existing bookings?

No. The preview is read-only, and importing meeting types does not cancel or reschedule source appointments. Keep the original provider active to manage those bookings.

Will my old booking link redirect to Cals?

No. URLs owned by your current provider remain there. After testing Cals, update links and embeds on websites you control. You can run both services during the transition.

What if the preview cannot read my meetings?

Try a direct meeting link. After signup, you can use a supported account import or upload a CSV and map its columns. The import report shows what needs attention.

Does my preview survive signup?

Yes, in the same browser. Your chosen layout and meeting snapshot are retained for up to seven days. Clearing browser storage removes them. New workspaces use the selected layout; existing workspaces are not automatically redesigned.

Is migration free?

Yes. Previewing and importing supported meeting types are free. Create an account to save drafts; paid features follow the limits of your chosen plan.
