## Let any compatible assistant book—with your permission

Public profiles expose published meeting types and live availability. Visitor agents use /api/public/mcp or /api/public/agent without an owner key. Each request sends the guest a short-lived verification email. The guest reviews and approves the exact details before booking. Host access, event revisions, availability and quotas are checked again before the booking is saved.

Enable Public profile and verified agent booking in workspace Settings, publish your meeting types, and share /your-workspace-address. Your agent document lives at /your-workspace-address/calendar.md. The profile address currently uses the workspace slug.

### Does unlimited members mean unlimited everything?

Teams includes unlimited members in one business workspace. Each plan has published booking and email allowances; adding a teammate does not change your subscription price. SMS and AI services are not included.

### Do my clients need an account?

No. Clients book through a public meeting link or access their private booking hub through a secure link.

### Can I keep my existing calendar?

Yes. Connect Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook. Gatherly checks connected calendars before offering a time.

### How does annual billing work?

Lemon Squeezy manages annual subscriptions, payment details, and applicable taxes. You can cancel renewal from your billing settings and retain access through your paid period.
